We are Franco Cappuccio and Luna Morrison — both academically trained in arts and culture, and actively engaged in the cultural field ever since. We met during the Master in Arts & Heritage: Policy, Management and Education in Maastricht.
At the time, Franco already had over a decade of experience in the cultural sector, having worked with major institutions, festivals, and international organizations. His expertise lies in event management, with a strong professional network and a leading position in the Italian market. Luna brought a fresh perspective to the field, with a strong connection to popular culture and younger audiences, and a focus on the Dutch cultural landscape.
We founded Form & Function to combine our strengths and offer carefully crafted, audience-focused experiences. Our approach is hands-on and tailor-made, ensuring the right fit between artist and context — and delivering meaningful results for both sides of the collaboration.

Founder • Project Manager/ Communications
With over 15 years of experience in the cultural and events sector, Franco has worked as a consultant with international organizations such as festivals, cultural institutes, embassies, and cities applying for the European Capital of Culture title (examples are the British Council, Napoli Theatre Festival, Matera 2019). His expertise ranges from the full development of projects — from concept and planning to communication and delivery — to the curation of specific aspects, such as communication strategy or content design.
He holds an academic background in art and culture, which informs his deep sensitivity to the quality of artistic content and its ability to engage diverse audiences. Franco’s combination of strategic vision and cultural insight makes him a project manager capable of delivering tailored and impactful experiences.
Partner • Event Manager
Event and Project Manager with over 7 years of experience. Her professional background includes the design and production of B2B and public-facing events, festivals, and cultural initiatives. Her career spans innovation-focused initiatives and large-scale international cultural projects, including Expo 2025 Osaka, where she supported the execution of over 50 events at the Netherlands Pavilion, collaborating with Dutch and international artists and creative partners. Having lived for 2.5 years in China and Japan, Aurelia is skilled at navigating cultural differences and fostering meaningful international collaborations. Aurelia brings together creative insight and operational expertise, designing projects that are thoughtfully curated, culturally engaging, and meaningful for audiences, artists, and institutions.
