ABOUT US
We are Franco Cappuccio and Luna Morrison — both academically trained in arts and culture, and actively engaged in the cultural field ever since. We met during the Master in Arts & Heritage: Policy, Management and Education in Maastricht.
At the time, Franco already had over a decade of experience in the cultural sector, having worked with major institutions, festivals, and international organizations. His expertise lies in event management, with a strong professional network and a leading position in the Italian market. Luna brought a fresh perspective to the field, with a strong connection to popular culture and younger audiences, and a focus on the Dutch cultural landscape.
We founded Form & Function to combine our strengths and offer carefully crafted, audience-focused experiences. Our approach is hands-on and tailor-made, ensuring the right fit between artist and context — and delivering meaningful results for both sides of the collaboration.
OUR MISSION
We provide consulting services for conferences, festivals, and concert venues, helping them connect with a diverse roster of artists, actors, and musicians.
By facilitating thoughtful, well-matched collaborations between creators and organizers, we tailor each project to ensure the best possible outcome — both in terms of audience impact and artistic experience.
Whether you're an artist or an organization, working with us means accessing high-quality, custom-built collaborations at competitive market rates — with clear communication and careful attention to every detail.
We help conferences, festivals, and concert venues find the right artistic match — not only to create impactful events, but also to expand and diversify their audiences beyond the expected.
At the same time, we offer tailor-made support to the artists, actors, and musicians we work with, making sure they feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Our goal is to ensure that every collaboration is not just effective, but also meaningful and memorable for everyone involved.
Because the best cultural experiences happen when both sides — audience and artist — are truly seen and cared for.

Our strength lies in our individuality.
We usually operate as a two-person core team, but when needed, we draw on a trusted network of skilled professionals to scale up.
Founder • Project Manager/ Communications
With over 15 years of experience in the cultural and events sector, Franco has worked as a consultant with international organizations such as festivals, cultural institutes, embassies, and cities applying for the European Capital of Culture title (examples are the British Council, Napoli Theatre Festival, Matera 2019). His expertise ranges from the full development of projects — from concept and planning to communication and delivery — to the curation of specific aspects, such as communication strategy or content design.
He holds an academic background in art and culture, which informs his deep sensitivity to the quality of artistic content and its ability to engage diverse audiences. Franco’s combination of strategic vision and cultural insight makes him a project manager capable of delivering tailored and impactful experiences.
Founder • Communications/ Marketing
As a long term educator and employee in the arts & cultural field, Luna is easily able to understand different target audiences and perspectives. With a wide variety of interests ranging from museum education projects to coördination of interns and cultural arts teachers, her ability to communicate and coördinate is well-suited to the cultural field. With a keen eye for organisation and some creative skills to aid unique marketing techniques, her abilities compliment those of her co-founder.
